If the accident was YOUR FAULT please read on: Ensure you call us first and we can advise you every step of the way, we will even give you £150 off of your insurance excess. Our team are fully trained to liaise with your insurance company, provide a full repair estimate on our specialist insurance approved system, talk to their engineers and get full approval to proceed and repair your vehicle. If your insurance company do not provide you with a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the repairs we may be able to provide one for you from our own fleet of vehicles. As it’s YOUR car it’s YOUR choice where you have it repaired. It is your absolute legal right to have it repaired where you like and your insurance company cannot dictate where you get your car repaired just like your insurers didn’t tell you where to buy the car from.

Our car suffered some damage when parked in a Super Market car park. Not knowing any where to go to get the job done, we saw Repair it /// Smart featured in The Focus our local free issue magazine. Following a telephone call with Richard Underhill, we sent a couple of photographs of the damage. He assessed the damage and gave us a price for the job. He agreed a time and day to pick up the car from our home and arrived as arranged. The car was repaired perfectly and it was not possible to see where the damage had been. The car was delivered back to us at the agreed time and had been washed and cleaned to a very high standard.
