Daughter's car had suffered a nasty 5mm deep indentation all along the side of the rear nearside panel, coupled with horrible black residue from whatever had caused it (probably someone's bumper). Our car suffered some damage when parked in a Super Market car park. Not knowing any where to go to get the job done, we saw Repair it /// Smart featured in The Focus our local free issue magazine. Following a telephone call with Richard Underhill, we sent a couple of photographs of the damage. He assessed the damage and gave us a price for the job. He agreed a time and day to pick up the car from our home and arrived as arranged. The car was repaired perfectly and it was not possible to see where the damage had been. The car was delivered back to us at the agreed time and had been washed and cleaned to a very high standard. The whole process was very professional and Richard and his team did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service and the price of the repair. We do not normally complete feedback on sites, however we are happy to recommend Richard and his Team.
