When your vehicle is due back off of lease we understand the stress you may feel getting the vehicle back in the right condition to avoid unnecessary and unfair charges being applied to you on return of the vehicle. We are happy to offer our services to assist in this process. We can arrange to inspect and estimate your vehicle and work out the best way forward for you to hand your vehicle over in tip top condition. The best advice we could possibly give is not to leave this down to the lease company or leave it down to the last minute. We can look at all elements of bodywork and wheels and work through your lease company’s individual terms and conditions to provide the most economical way forward for you.

We also extend our lease return facility to companies who may be in the process of de-fleeting several vehicles at a time. Perhaps you need to remove signage as well as make any repairs to your fleet of vehicles before they are returned to the lease company; we can work with you to ensure all of your vehicles that are due to go back are taken care of in a timely fashion and work with you to timetable them in and out of our bodyshop. We will ensure we keep downtime to a minimum even working over the weekend to get you back on the road Monday. Please contact us for further information.

Daughter's car had suffered a nasty 5mm deep indentation all along the side of the rear nearside panel, coupled with horrible black residue from whatever had caused it (probably someone's bumper). Had seen Repair It Smart advertised in local press so gave them a call. Sent a couple of photos and Richard called back. Extremely courteous and really nice approach to his customers. Within 2 days the car was in the workshop and 3 days later was like new. Had also washed the car and cleaned/re-blacked the trim just to finish the job off beautifully. Very, VERY highly recommended. Our car suffered some damage when parked in a Super Market car park. Not knowing any where to go to get the job done, we saw Repair it /// Smart featured in The Focus our local free issue magazine. Following a telephone call with Richard Underhill, we sent a couple of photographs of the damage. He assessed the damage and gave us a price for the job. He agreed a time and day to pick up the car from our home and arrived as arranged. The car was repaired perfectly and it was not possible to see where the damage had been. The car was delivered back to us at the agreed time and had been washed and cleaned to a very high standard. The whole process was very professional and Richard and his team did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service and the price of the repair. We do not normally complete feedback on sites, however we are happy to recommend Richard and his Team.
